Vocal toning and humming can enhance nitric oxide levels in the body, helping to lower blood pressure, decrease heart rate, and shift brain waves from active beta states to more relaxed alpha, theta, and delta states. This practice can even be a soothing lullaby to help you fall asleep.

Hi I'm Fiire
I’m a sound alchemist artist, vocal activator, integration/ relationship coach and channeler.
I have been an explorer of sound and expression whole life. When I was 19, after my ballet career ended from an injury, I started to go down the path of pop music and caught the attention of some producers.
I quickly started writing and recording music. I learned a lot and had a ton of fun, but through all the pressure I started molding myself into what I thought the industry wanted. I lost touch with the medicine of my voice and became consumed with never feeling good enough.
This eventually left me completely disconnected from my power, outsourcing for validation and overall very sick. I definitely hit a pretty intense rock bottom and that is when I knew I had to take a step back from the industry and return to my center.
This lead me into a healing journey and reclamation of my body, power, voice, spirituality and of course expression.
I have certifications in yoga, breathwork, sound healing, trauma informed plant medicine integration, and relationship coaching.
I have supported thousands of people on their wholeness paths.
I am passionate about authentic liberation and living a nourishing, awake life in alignment with Truth and Love.
